I'm not familiar with Windows 10; I was using Windows 8.1 Pro, so this is a new system for me. When the Windows Explorer crashes, Windows Error Reporting Service  creates a dmp file under C:\Localdumps. I am on a office's network most of the time. Is the Explorer now working again?

I've had the problem for nearly 2 weeks now.
