So, my problem is that i randomly got a BSOD (KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED 0x0000001e) caused by driver tcpip.sys with ntoskrnl.exe+71ed0 crash adress according to bluescreenview. I've updated my video card as suggested above.
