Basically, Player is right, as windows can think (if a computer actually thinks) that it may have the right driver, and if you re-install your OS, it can correct this issue, Have you overclocked your CPU at all? Also, run something like heaven benchmark for awhile and see if it crashes or not. Once that's done, go into your C/AMD/Support and delete the driver folder there.
