- I was searching for this for two days in my free time and this site gave me valuable hints.
- USB is not working at all, power from the ports work, but data does not.
- The Wiindows10 does reinstalled the Host back.
- Updating the drivers don't quite work.

Perhaps try a Windows Restore back to a time when the port was working. The USB wireless mouse gives me the "usb device not recognized" every few seconds. Happened when I was installing a DVD drive earlier. USB ports are pretty fragile and USB Flash Drives can act as levers on them, wreaking havoc on the electrical connectors inside.
Scan for new hardware. I'm somewhat leery of Bios due to my limited knowledge there, and educational warnings. So you could try some beefier ones. That's all I can think about right now.
