it seems the Reg Editi proposed ealier only helps the situation but does not completely resolve it, I havent tried to increase the delay. after updating also the error remains then i updates to windows 8.1 x86 1 week ago...after that the error shows randomly when ever i take anything(My computer or documents or chrome) Then downloaded and reinstalled the latest Nvidia drivers, which are the 270.61 drivers, with a clean install.
