You can use 'system restore' if you know how to do it to return Adobe Flash to an earlier state.

I really don't know why it is happening. Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. I've rebooted my computer several times and tried watching the same video again and again.
I would try out Firefox using the official Flash plugin to see if it makes a difference.
