  • have you disabled the hardware acceleration in flash as i have mentioned ??

I would try out Firefox using the official Flash plugin to see if it makes a difference. I would be inclined to think that it was Chrome. At least that way you can rule flash/chrome out if it happens again in Firefox. If that's the case, it could be flash player itself since Chrome uses it's own flash player variant where Firefox uses the official plugin.
