yet monitoring all system tempatures worth a shot. I had a memory issue not too long ago and I was seeing the IRQL_not_less_or_equal screen frequently. i experienced this couple of times in all my years.worth checking at first phase.overheating maybe but i never seen it give bsod before, it mostly activates failsafe above 100degrees and directly BSODs are usually not software related in release products.
