Seriously? This usually happens when I try to do something with the network (ex: Skype, Trillian, etc.). I did this maybe a year back and i dont remember if those are the exact steps. To try it out, run regedit.exe and go to: HKCU/Software/Blizzard Entertainment/Warcraft III/Video Edit resheight and reswidth to change the height and width of the window.
