BSOD Shortly After Booting. Doesnt Seem To Matter What I'm Doing
ECC was off. Boot up with Win XP CD! 2. We moved all the wiring around after this and we also changed the PCI cable that goes to the graphics card, and after this the computer booted right back up again. Can this be the culprit. http://docsintime.com/black-screen/bsod-and-black-screen.html
I then insinuated that he might be taking kick-backs from Microsoft to keep us off their back about this obvious compatability issue between the Vista OS and the manufacturers of the Now, suddenly, my computer is no longer reading all of my ram. This time, my drivers all seem to be up to date, so I am not sure if it is a driver issue or not. - Update 15: u/RedvexRaf tested his system more with the regedit fix, despite not having the freezing issue there are freezes in games and benchmark programs.

- If you shut your computer down shortly after you start it up, you should get different options: to either Launch Repair, or to Start Windows Normally.

Also in the BIOS settings when changing the boot order, after attempting to save, it will not save the order no matter what. After the update my PC went slow and stuttered, there should be no reason for my PC to even be slow or stutter. so I was like steaming when it did it all night, well, I figured out that I should try safe mode and no luck just restart.
